The "Cretan Sea House" is a villa at Marathi of Chania Crete, an area north-east of the city of Chania, Crete - Greece. It is situated on a small slope with an unobstructed view to the sea. The two-storey building provides two separate dwellings
with a large garden and balconies all around.
The view from the house is spectacular. Besides the sea that dominates our view, there is also the majestic White Mountains
of Crete in full view.
It has large, functional spaces, a terrace and a balcony with a sea view and abundant natural light. The garden is arranged
about a round swimming pool. A unique, private rocky beach is situated right under the house. There are also two sandy beaches
near by.
